What’s it like? Honestly, being a TiERer can be magic. But it isn’t easy; it requires high trust and hard work. No one hands this ideal experience to us; we’re all part of creating it. As an ESOP, every TiER1er is an owner; and that’s not just a benefit, it’s a responsibility.

We exist to help people do their best work, and that starts with helping each other (you’ll hear the word “love” around here – and we mean it). We’re on a journey of experimentation and discovery, looking to prove that the best of what you can imagine within organizations is possible. We don’t have it all figured out, but we’re committed to the journey.
